The following system is provided as a free service for anyone researching different ways to pass a drug test. This system explains how to successfully pass a standard urine drug test using simple items you either have at home or can purchase at a grocery or drug store. It also explains how to successfully pass a hair drug test. The system is mainly designed for low to moderate-level users who will be taking a drug test at least 8 DAYS in the future.

Targeted drugs and drug testing methods

This system has been proven effective for the following types of drugs:

• marijuana
• benzodiaphenes (tranquilizers), including Valium, Xanax and Ativan
• quaaludes
• cocaine
• narcotics, including morphine, Codeine and Darvocet

This system is designed to help users successfully pass a urine drug test, which is the most commonly used drug testing procedure. We also include instructions for passing a hair drug test. Hair drug tests are significantly less common than urine drug tests, but they are still employed by a number of employers and organizations.

Instructions to pass a urine drug test after exposure to marijuana, benzodiaphenes (Valium, Xanax, Ativan) or quaaludes:

Important: Before starting, please read the instructions all the way through so that you know what to expect and do not have any last-minute surprises. In particular, note that the last few days of the system require you to take a large amount of vitamin C. If you have a neurological disorder, bleeding ulcers, heart burn, acid indigestion or stomach ulcers, you will need to reduce the recommended vitamin C intake and take an over-the-counter antacid like Zantac 75 or Pepcid AC for 2 days prior to starting the vitamin C.

Day 8 (eight days to test)

• Immediately stop all drug use and/or exposure. No exceptions.
• Eat 4 cups of cooked corn.
• Eat 2 or 3 bananas.
• Drink 1 gallon of water.
• DO NOT eat acidic food.

Day 7 (seven days to test)

• Immediately stop all drug use and/or exposure. No exceptions.
• Eat 4 cups of cooked corn.
• Eat 2 or 3 bananas.
• Drink 1 gallon of water.
• DO NOT eat acidic food.

Day 6 (six days to test)

• Immediately stop all drug use and/or exposure. No exceptions.
• Eat 4 cups of cooked corn.
• Eat 2 or 3 bananas.
• Drink 1 gallon of water.
• DO NOT eat acidic food.

Day 5 (five days to test)

• Drink 1 gallon of green tea.
• Take 2 Tums tablets 4 or 5 times a day (for a total of 8 to 10 tablets a day).
• Exercise at least 30 minutes (jogging, fast walking, biking, etc.).
• Drink 48 ounces of water.
• DO NOT eat acidic food.

Day 4 (four days to test)

• Drink 1 gallon of green tea.
• Take 2 Tums tablets 4 or 5 times a day (for a total of 8 to 10 tablets a day).
• Exercise at least 30 minutes (jogging, fast walking, biking, etc.).
• Drink 48 ounces of water.
• DO NOT eat acidic food.

Day 3 (three days to test)

• Drink 1 gallon of green tea.
• Take 2 Tums tablets 4 or 5 times a day (for a total of 8 to 10 tablets a day).
• Exercise at least 30 minutes (jogging, fast walking, biking, etc.).
• Drink 48 ounces of water.
• DO NOT eat acidic food.

Day 2 (two days to test)

• DO NOT exercise.
• DO NOT take any more Tums.
• Drink 1 gallon of green tea.
• Start eating as much high fat food as possible (butter, ice cream, packaged meats like bacon, Spam, etc.).
• Take 1400 mg of creatine 3 to 4 times per day.
• Take the following amount of vitamin C according to your weight:
• Less than 100 lbs (45 kilograms), take 2 grams (2000 mg).
• 101 lbs to 130 lbs (45 to 60 kilograms), take 2.5 grams (2500 mg).
• 131 lbs to 160 lbs (60 to 72 kilograms), take 3 grams (3000 mg).
• 161 lbs to 190 lbs (72 to 86 kilograms), take 3.5 grams (3500 mg).
• 191 lbs to 220 lbs (86 to 100 kilograms), take 4 grams (4000 mg).
• More than 230 lbs (105 kilograms), take 4.5 grams (4500 mg).

CAUTION: If you have a neurological disorder, bleeding ulcers, heart burn, acid indigestion or stomach ulcers, DECREASE the vitamin C intake by 50%. If you have kidney disease, do not use any more than 1000 milligrams of vitamin C per day. If you have stomach problems like those mentioned above you can take Zantac 75, which is available over-the-counter. The maximum prescription dose for Zantac 75 is 300 milligrams per 24 hours. You should start this about 2 days before taking the vitamin C. You can also take Pepcid AC. Be sure to start this about 2 days before taking the vitamin C.

• 101 lbs to 130 lbs (45 to 60 kilograms), take 5 grams (5000 mg).
• 131 lbs to 160 lbs (60 to 72 kilograms), take 6 grams (6000 mg).
• 161 lbs to 190 lbs (72 to 86 kilograms), take 7 grams (7000 mg).
• 191 lbs to 220 lbs (86 to 100 kilograms), take 8 grams (8000 mg).
• More than 230 lbs (105 kilograms), take 9 grams (9000 mg).

Passing a urine drug test after exposure to cocaine or narcotics (morphine, Codeine, Darvocet)

Cocaine and Narcotics Overview

• Absorbed quickly
• Excreted quickly
• Not stored in body tissues to a significant extent
• Exposure can result in a positive drug test for up to 4 days
• Eliminated from the body through urine as benzoylecgonine

Instructions to pass a urine drug test after exposure to cocaine or narcotics:

Follow the steps above for passing a urine drug test after exposure to marijuana. Because cocaine and narcotics excretion is not dependent or related to food intake, you will not need to eat fatty foods during the last few days of the system.

Passing a urine drug test after exposure to PCP

PCP Overview

• Behaves almost exactly the opposite of marijuana
• Excreted very easily in acidic urine, and hardly at all in basic urine

Instructions to pass a urine drug test after exposure to PCP:

Follow the steps above for passing a urine drug test after exposure to marijuana. However, reverse the vitamin C and Tums. Take vitamin C for days 5, 4 and 3 prior to the drug test, then switch to Tums until you take the test.

Passing a hair drug test

The process of preparing to pass a hair drug test is much simpler than the process for a urine drug test. Drugs and drug metabolites can remain in your hair for an extended period of time, so if you will be have to pass a hair drug test and you have had any drug exposure in the last few months, you will want to cleanse your hair using an effective system like the system below.

Instructions to pass a hair drug test:

1. Mix 1.5 ounces of VO5 shampoo with 1/2 teaspoon of Clorox bleach and 1/2 teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide.

2. Work 1/3 of the mix through your hair and let it sit for 5 minutes.

3. Rinse the shampoo mix out of your hair.

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 two more times. When you've finished, you will have shampooed your hair 3 times for about 15 minutes.

5. Immediately apply any hair conditioner to your hair and let it sit for 5 minutes.

6. Rinse the conditioner out of your hair.

7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 two more times with one change: the third time you apply the conditioner to your hair, DO NOT RINSE IT OUT.

The bleach and peroxide will have completely cleaned your hair at this point. Leaving the conditioner in your hair will also result in the conditioner corrupting the test results and result in a negative test result.
