1. If I don't do anything, how much time do I have to wait before I can pass a drug test?
Marijuana exposure can result in a positive urine drug test for up to 72 days, due to marijuana's slow excretion rate from the body. Other types of drugs are generally excreted more quickly than marijuana. For hair drug tests, drug exposure can result in a positive test for an even longer period of time, because once drug metabolites have been trapped in a hair follicle they do not work their way out. It is generally not practical to try and "wait it out" to pass a drug test. If you've had some type of exposure and you have a drug test coming up, you'll generally either need to complete a detox process/system or purchase a professional detox cleanser.
2. How do your professional cleansing products work?
We have three main types of cleansing products: same day cleansers, permanent cleansers and hair cleansers. Our same day cleansers are designed to temporarily prevent your system from excreting drug metabolites in your urine. After taking one of our same day cleansing products, you will have a window of time of up to 6 hours during which your urine will be clean and not contain traceable drug metabolites or toxins. Our permanent cleansers are designed to completely remove drug metabolites and toxins from your system over a period of 3 to 5 days. Our permanent cleansers do not "mask" toxins or metabolites like most detox products available today. They actually flush the toxins and metabolites from your system. Our hair cleansers are designed to permanently remove drug toxins and metabolites in your hair follicles.
3. Are your professional cleansing products safe?
Yes! Our products are manufactured in the United States in production facilities certified by the DHHS and DEA. Our products use all natural ingredients including minerals, herbs and vitamins and are considered dietary supplements. Our hair cleansers may dry your hair somewhat as they remove accumulated toxins, but this can be easily remedied with any off-the-shelf hair conditioner.

4. What is your guarantee and refund policy for your products?

7. What kinds of shipping options do you offer?
We offer multiple shipping options to make our products accessible to as many people as possible. Available shipping options include: overnight delivery, second day delivery, ground delivery and even international delivery. Saturday delivery is available for some orders made on Friday. 8. What if I have to take a drug test today?
If you know you may be required to take a drug test in the future with less than a day of notice, then the best solution is to purchase one of our professional same day cleansers.
If you are unable to purchase a professional same day cleanser before you take the test, then the next best choice is to delay the drug test using one or more of the tips below. Delaying the drug test will give you an opportunity to purchase a same day cleanser and use it for the next test.
The more time you can give yourself before you actually complete the test, the more options you'll give yourself (i.e. if you have time you can decide whether you'd like to purchase a same day cleanser or a permanent cleanser).
Tips to delay a drug test:
1. Leave your license or wallet at home.
A photo ID is required for drug testing, so if you do not have one then the testing center will not be able to complete your test.
2. Write down an incorrect social security number.
If the number the testing center takes down does not match the social security number you can prove is your actual number, then the test will not be valid. The social security number is the most important piece of information the testing center will use to identify the provider of a urine sample, so if it is not accurate in any way then the test will have no validity.
3. Go to the testing center as late in the day as possible.
If you go to the testing center as late as possible, then you should be able to delay the test for at least a day by spilling or giving an incomplete sample as explained below. Since their day will be almost over, the testing center employees will in almost all cases schedule you to complete your test on another day.
4. Spill or give a small urine sample.
The testing center will need at least 30 cc of urine for a sample that has not been spilled, and at least 45 cc of urine for a sample that has been spilled. If you don't want to spill your sample, then look at the hash marks on the side of the test container while you are taking the test and fill it to only 5 or so cc.
Finish urinating in the toilet, making sure to be as quiet as possible. Your sample will be much less than the testing center needs.
Alternately, you could urinate in the container and then spill it around the bathroom. Simply tell the test overseer that you spilled it while getting dressed afterwards. Since your bladder will now be empty and the testing center should be close to closing if you scheduled your test correctly, they will not want to wait for another few hours for your bladder to fill and they will reschedule your test. This is easier in real life than it sounds, and generally works every time.
9. What situations is your free detox system best for?
Our free detox system (on the lower half of our homepage) is designed for light to moderate users and takes 8 days to complete. This is a good option if you don't use frequently, if you have many of the ingredients for the system already and don't need to buy them, if you have at least 8 days before you will get tested and if you don't absolutely need to pass (i.e. you're not detoxifying for work, you just want to make a lifestyle change).
