To make it as easy as possible for people to use our products, and to help as many people as possible, we can ship our products to most developed countries. Important Information about Our Shipping Policies
Shipping Cut-off Times
All orders are shipped according to the following cut-off times:
- Orders made before 6 PM EST Monday to Friday: Shipped Same Day
- Orders made after 6 PM EST Monday to Friday: Shipped Next Day
- Orders made after 5 PM EST Friday: Shipped Following Monday Morning
All cut-off times are EST (Eastern Standard time).
Note: For some orders made on Friday, Saturday delivery will be available for an additional charge. To check if Saturday delivery is available for your order, please call us at the following toll free phone number: .
Shipping Delivery Times
Sunday Delivery
We do not offer Sunday delivery. All orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Overnight Delivery
Overnight delivery orders made before 6 PM EST Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next day. Overnight delivery orders made on Friday are normally not delivered until the following Monday. For some Friday overnight orders, Saturday delivery will be available at an extra charge of $10. If you're interested in Saturday delivery, please call us before making your order to check if it's available.
Second Day Delivery
Second day orders made before 6 PM EST Monday to Friday will be delivered by the second business day. Second day orders made after 6 PM EST will be shipped the next business day and be delivered by the third business day.
Ground Delivery
Ground orders made before 6 PM EST Monday to Friday will be delivered by the third or fourth business day. Ground orders made after 6 PM EST will be shipped the next business day and be delivered by the fourth or fifth business day.
Order Cancellations
Individuals who make an order and then decide to cancel it once it's been shipped are responsible for shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
