Usage Terms for the Products & Information on Our Site
Health Warning
The products and information on this site are designed to aggressively cleanse and/or remove accumulated toxins from your body. Individuals with preexisting medical conditions and/or issues including diabetes, high blood pressure or any other medical condition/issue should consult with a licensed physician before following any information on this site or using any products on this site. Our products and detoxification information are not intended for any of the following types of individuals: individuals younger than 18, individuals who are pregnant or nursing or individuals with any kidney disease/disorder/issue.
Return Information & Policy
Due to the non-reusable nature of our products, and the health issues associated with accepting returns, we do not allow product returns or provide product refunds on purchased items. The sole exception to this policy is if you use one or more of our professional cleansers (same day cleansers, permanent cleansers, Two Steps A'Head, not our detox shampoos) and do not receive a satisfactory result. Note: We do not offer refunds/returns on drug testing kits because they're not reusable and designed for information only. Our refund policy only applies to our same day cleansers, permanent cleansers and Two Steps A'Head hair cleanser.
Refused Orders Policy
On all refused orders, the customer will be charged a 15% repacking fee plus all additional freight charges if reshipment is requested. If the order is completely refused, the customer will be charged a 30% restocking/cancellation fee plus all freight charges. If you have any questions, please contact us.
